Air pollution index

Dear Valued Patients,

We would like to bring to your attention that in the last few days, the air pollution index ( AQI) in Hanoi has been fluctuating between unhealthy (AQI 101-200), very unhealthy (AQI 201-300) and today hazardous levels (301-500).

Please follow the health recommendations in the link at the bottom of this email. In summary:

• Adults and Children that are active and those with respiratory disease, such as asthma should limit prolonged outdoor exertion AQI > 101
• Exercise outside only after heavy rain.
• Exercise in parks and away from main roads if possible.
• Consider purchasing an air filter or purifier for your bedroom.

In Hanoi air pollution is at its worst between November and end of March.
